This website is owned and managed by Khazan and it is assumed that as a user of the Khazan website you have accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and by use of the website you agree to be bound by the terms contained therein.

Khazan reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, but will not alter these materially in such a way as to be detrimental or less-protective of information about you that may have been collected in the past, without first obtaining your consent.

Access
There are various levels of access available to users;

1. Unregistered – users can print from, access and search the Khazan website without charge provided they agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this statement. Material that is included within the free areas will be clearly declared.
2. Registered – to purchase any products provided on this site, and receive a higher level of support, users must first register with the Khazan website.

Use of Customer Information
Khazan may from time to time use automatically retrieved information from anonymous sources to update the content and/or operation of the website. In addition, Khazan may from time to time use personal information submitted by the user at any location in its web site. Please see the privacy statement for more information.

Khazan may use technology to aid the processing of your order and/or track the browsing patterns of our site visitors, which can include "cookies" which would be temporarily stored on your computer during the order process. Information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your Internet browser settings, which you can do if you wish to disable these and prevent this from happening. You should be aware however, that if you do so, then this may prevent you from ordering products from Khazan online. If you experience any problems purchasing products online from Khazan, please contact us at info@khazanequestrian.co.uk.

Please note that Khazan will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not share any of your information with other third parties without first obtaining your consent.

If you have subscribed to receive newsletters and information direct to your desktop, you may cancel these subscriptions at any time by notifying Khazan that you no longer wish to receive such communications.

The Khazan website, any material contained therein and any other rights associated with the website are protected under copyright law and may not be reproduced by you for any public or commercial use without the express written permission of Khazan.

If you wish to reproduce, store or transmit any of the content that appears on the Khazan website on any other website, intranet or extranet, you must first obtain the express written permission to do so from Khazan.

Limitation of Liability
Khazan, its partners or affiliates or any party involved in creating, producing or delivering this service, or on any website linked to this service, shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages arising out of your access, use or inability to use this service, or any site linked to this service, or in connection with any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or system failure.

Khazan shall also not be liable for any damages or losses, arising in contract, tort or otherwise; including lost profits, loss of business, or data; business interruption, damages and/or other consequential losses that result from your use of or inability to use the service, and/or from any action taken by you as a direct result of using material provided on the Khazan website. This includes sites accessed through links from the Khazan website.

Delivery Terms

All goods, in stock and ordered by 2pm will be dispatched the same day, providing they are paid for by Debit or Credit Card.  Items bought by cheque will be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared, this generally takes three days.  Orders which are split due to items not being in stock - the customer only pays one postage fee (excluding overseas orders.)  The home address of the customer will be required for all card payments.  

• Standard delivery - 3 to 5 working days £4.55 p&p
• 48 hour delivery - Britain £6.55 p&p
• 24 hour delivery prior to 2pm - £7.95 p&p 

Payment  Terms

All major Credit and Debit cards accepted, but not American Express.  Cheques are accepted but must be cleared prior to dispatch of the order.  Address and bankers card number to be shown on reverse.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Refund and Returns
Khazan operates a ‘no-quibbles’ guarantee and will replace in full any damaged or faulty item(s) returned in original packaging. Postage to be paid by customer .  Notification should be received by Khazan of the problem within 30 days of receipt.  Contact our Returns Team at: info@khazanequestrian.co.uk or on: 0191 5844431. If the return is due to an error made by Khazan, postage shall also be refunded. For your own protection, you are recommended to return any items using a registered postage facility, all high value goods must be returned by registered post. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within 7 working days following receipt of the item(s).

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Laws of England and any arising disputes resulting from the use of the Khazan website shall be dealt with in the English Courts.
